餐厅在Kota Damansara,靠近Sunway Giza,有一个很醒目的名字,叫做Shell Out!主打美式海鲜

店内的装潢相当特别,可以看到客人在墙上留下的涂鸦和留言,是不是很美国style呢?

进入主打的海鲜之前,我们先来看看这里的配菜

炸鸡翼(Fried Chicken Wings),自己很喜欢,鸡翼炸得恰到好处,鲜美的肉汁封在脆皮内,百吃不腻!一份RM12.90,有四个鸡翼

这是Fried Fish Basket炸小白鲳鱼,还附有Cajun Fries薯条,味道还不错~一份RM10.90,有四条小鱼

炸番薯(Fried Sweet Potato),自己没有特别喜欢吃薯条,所以觉得味道还好,一份RM9.90

接下来就是这里主打的生猛海鲜!大部分海鲜都是活的哦!

就像这个小龙虾(Crawfish),在烹煮前还是活的!小龙虾进口自澳洲,外壳偏青色

Shell Out的酱料主要使用Cajun Sauce,是一种很香的酱汁,源自美国的伊利诺伊州(illinois)

而烹煮的方式很简单,先将海鲜煮熟,再放入塑胶袋内和酱汁一起摇(Shake),让酱汁可以均匀的分布在海鲜的里里外外,又保留了海鲜原有的鲜甜,好特别!

以下的海鲜都是使用Shell Out的招牌酱汁Shell Bang,结合Cajun Sauce、Lemon Pepper和Butter Garlic,味道香而浓烈,辣度可以调整,有Mild、Medium和OMG三种辣度,味道闻起来竟有点像Mamak档的Indo Mee,好神奇!

小龙虾(Clamfish, Yabbies)是Shell Out的招牌海鲜,因为小龙虾十分稀有,在其他餐厅并不多见,500g RM46.90; 1kg RM88.90

小龙虾有特殊的吃法,需要先把虾头拔掉,然后替虾身按摩一下,才可以完整的取出虾肉,虾肉很有弹性,点上一些酱汁,味道更佳!

这是印尼蟹(Indonesian Crab),体积没有很大,吃起来像辣椒蟹,新鲜的蟹肉和酱汁一起入口是一大享受!价钱依时价~

这就特别了,居然是蜗牛(Escargot)

要先把蜗牛的肉拉出来,里面还有内脏,咬起来口感像sotong,本身没什么味道,需要沾酱来提味,目前蜗牛只有周末才提供,平时是吃不到的哦!

吃海鲜大餐当然少不了鲜虾,虾很新鲜,吃了一只又一只,停不了口, 300g RM29.90;500g RM39.90

是新鲜的带子(Scallop),直接将肉刮下来吃,多汁富弹性,250g RM18.90;500g RM25.90

再来是自己觉得很不错的Lala,因为壳里面的酱料特别多,吃起来味道很浓,好吃!500g RM16.90;1kg RM29.90

海鲜虽然好吃,但不容易吃得饱,所以可以多点几样蔬菜,这样吃起来更有满足感!

椰菜花(Broccoli),以同样的酱汁烹煮,略带辣味,充分匀吸了酱汁的味道,比海鲜还够味!一份RM8.90

还有玉蜀黍(Corn on Cab),新鲜的玉蜀黍肥美多汁,一个RM1.90

马铃薯(Potato),都好大块,吃起来软软的(像咖喱番薯),三块RM1.90

除了海鲜的酱料特别之外,这里的用餐方式也非常特别,因为餐厅里完全没有刀叉,只能用手吃!!

不过餐厅特别提供围巾和手套,让客人即使用手,也还是可以文明的用餐~

吃的时候,把所有海鲜和配菜统统倒在一起,所有酱料的味道大同小异,不用担心不同的味道mix在一起
