这家叫做槇島的日本餐厅才新开不久,隐藏在Sheraton Imperial Hotel二楼的电梯旁,门面非常低调,不仔细看还不容易发现,是酒店内唯一一家由私人经营的餐厅

餐厅的老板娘是日本人,也是位室内设计师,所以这里独树一帜的餐厅设计也是出自老板娘之手

餐厅里面有一座桥,桥的四周有好几间VIP房,而桥的尽头画了一棵漂亮大树,巧妙的融入了大自然的元素

VIP房有一般的桌椅,也有传统的日式塌塌米可选,可以体验日本人的用餐文化

这里走的是fine dining路线,连餐具也十分讲究

菜单也与众不同,像一幅画

饮料点了看起来很特别的Premium Sakura Tea,原来樱花也可以泡茶喝,味道带淡淡的清香味,而且只能喝一次,不能加热水再泡,一杯要RM15

只要来这里用餐,都会送上这盘精致的开胃菜,是素寿司,颜色鲜艳

另一道开胃菜,叫做Hiyayakko,是冷豆腐,吃之前,可以倒一点酱油,增添滋味,一份RM15

很清淡的Tomato Capreze,比较西式,番茄切片搭配芝士,味道普通

猜猜看这是什么Sashimi?

居然是Avocado Sashimi!一份RM20

Avocado微烤过,拿来做Sashimi,真是很特别的吃法

吃日本餐一定不能少的Chawan Mushi,一碗RM18

有趣的是,这碗Chawan Mushi居然是的,因为9月份在日本是夏天,所以这里的菜色是会随着日本的季节变化而改变,让日本客人有回家的感觉!

其中一道主菜来了,摆盘非常漂亮,是使用进口自日本的当季鲜鱼做成的Sashimi Sugata Tsukuri,一盘大约RM50

日本师傅的刀工细腻,生鱼片切得薄如透明

吃之前,点一点这里的特调酱油,带姜味,生鱼片入口即化,而且充满鱼味,真的好吃

吃了那么多生冷的食物,总要来点热的,这是Assorted Tempura,一份RM50

很大份,有大虾和各种蔬菜,新鲜出炉,趁热吃特别美味

还有煮到刚刚好、中间还带血色的牛扒(Sirloin Steak),一份RM70

煎至well done,保留了牛肉的鲜嫩口感,入口多汁

重头戏来了,是Vegetable Sushi,是用各种蔬菜做成的寿司,五颜六色,看了开胃,一盘RM35

用的蔬菜有白萝卜、红椒和黄瓜等,相当有创意,还是第一次吃素的寿司呢!

让人期待的海鲜寿司终于来了,叫做Nigiri Sushi,有7种不同的海鲜,一盘约RM80

使用各种新鲜的鱼类,包括三文鱼、Tuna鱼、章鱼、甜虾、带子和Unagi鱼等,单看已经流口水!

最后来一个小甜点做结束,是我们不陌生的豆沙芝麻球,这里的甜点每天都会换,让客人有个小惊喜,一份RM15

可以看到里面的豆沙内馅,入口很有嚼劲,充满芝麻的香气

目前这里每周六也会提供Dinner Buffet,每人RM85++,小孩则半价,可以以比较实惠的价格品尝到多道正宗日本料理,算是相当划算

如果想要品尝原汁原味的日本料理(日本老板、日本厨师、日本食材),这里是个不错的选择,只是价钱不便宜就是了
